These guys are the best, my daughter had a reoccuring issue with her vehicle just loosing power while she was driving. After 3 different shops including the dealership of the vehicle and over $1,500 and no answer. A friend told me about Shepherd Auto. I called and Scott explained their process for analysis and the cost. They went over the entire vehicle and found the issue. A call from the Scott explained what would have to be done to repair the issue. A detailed print out of all issues found, the recommended solutions with a time and cost was sent to her. Next the granddaughter's car just quit. The vehicle was towed to Shepherd. They called to let me know the vehicle had arrived and they would run their analysis and give me a call. Within hours they sent a complete analysis and cost report. She wasn't able to have everything repaired only the repairs that would get it road ready. When we came to pick up the vehicle Scott had taken the time to prioritize the repairs that she wasn't able to have done at the time in order of their importance. By the way I received the original referral to Shepherd Automotive from another mechanic.

Called Shepherd Automotive, they got my car in the next day! Thorough diagnostics completed, estimate for repair that day. Repair completed the following day and car back on the road. Excellent customer service! Thank you Ryan. And, received a Thank you card in the mail from Scott!
