Google review 11/28/2022I took my 2007 Prius to them last week. It had a check engine and red triangle code. I cleared the codes and took it to them to see what the issue was. They charged me $200 to tell me nothing was wrong and that they couldn’t tell anything without the codes. I drove it this weekend and the codes came back. Called them back today and they said that they were going to charge the same $200 to look at it again. They clearly do not care about helping the customer.

I used their services to tune-up my vehicle and help find an ongoing error in the a/c. They were able to diagnose and locate the a/c error and now it operates better than ever. Google review 11/2/2022I have a 2016 Honda Pilot that was due for 100k maintenance. I had taken it to the dealership prior but didn't want to use them anymore. Got tired of them trying to upsell everytime I took my car in. Shepherd had been recommended to us, and we won't be going to anyone else from now on. They are so respectful and honest. They were also really prompt with communication and getting us scheduled. They laid out everything that needed to be done and let us know that we could even wait on a few things if we wanted to break it up. Highly recommend!
