I was a little apprehensive about a $99 diagnostic fee but was impressed with the amount of work to provide a detailed proposal of work to repair my car. I was then able to approve every aspect of the work via text. Auto dealerships could learn a lot from Guy Shepherd!

Google review 6/13/2022I needed an oil and filter change. They scheduled me without delay. They already know my vehicle is a hybrid and uses very specific oil. Someone always answers the phone and they can look up your vehicle to be sure nothing gets missed. I’ve taken all my vehicles to Shepherd Auto for years and I feel very well care for!
