Well, the only thing I can review so far is that they are very responsive to customers, even new ones. I was able to take a tech on a test drive so he could hear and feel the problem with my vehicle. Then I joked about a loaner and they actually didn't even blink when they asked if I wanted a Prius or an old police interceptor as if it were a question at all. Of course I chose the police car but it had a slightly low tire. Ryan did not like the idea of letting a customer drive off with a tire that had a slow (or fast) leak. They worked some magic and had another tech bring up a Honda Ridgeline. I was a little disappointed that the police interceptor was off the list but still pleased about a really nice complimentary loaner (all you have to do is put gas back up to where it was when you got it). I will update once I get an estimate! Update: They are very expensive but did a good job on fixing my Jeep. They found and fixed a squeak that was driving me nuts. Update 2: I had a clunking noise that I needed fixed. I poked around my self but could not find what it was. I took it to Shepard Automotive and they diagnosed it as Struts. I was skeptical but since they had done very well for me in the past, and I was out of town, I told them to fix it. The estimate was for $2300+ for 2 Struts and alignment. I nearly choked at the estimate. But since the timing was not good for me to do it myself, I decided to let them do the repair. When i got back in town they were just finishing up the job so I just waited in the lobby area. An hour later they told me that one of the Struts was making a noise and needed to get another one put in. They gave me loaner for the weekend and I picked up my Jeep on Monday. They told me that they had to replace an upper control arm that was ruined during the Strut installation. When I asked them what side they said it was the left side. That was the same side I had the noise originally. They said they would not charge me for it. I have a feeling that I paid way too much for Struts when all I needed to have fixed was the upper control arm. They are very friendly and helpful but I think they may have misdiagnosed this one issue.

Had been chasing an issue on my car for 2 years after bringing it in, they found it in just under a day. Jeff,who was diagnosing my car, was extremely clear in his notes on the provided inspection sheet. The thing I was most impressed with was that any thing wrong with my car they showed photos proving that what was wrong was actually wrong rather than most other shops that would just take educated guesses.
