In a town a long way from home with a broken down vehicle! They are AAA certified and gave me professional and personal service. Starter repair done in a day with a reasonable price. They even picked me up! You car and money is safe here.

Great speedy and friendly service. Chris and Guy seemed to go out of their way to get my vehicle in and repaired even though they were very busy. I was in a bind and needed my vehicle fixed fast and they did just that. I will definitely be returning to them for future repairs.

Dropped my car off during a holiday week and the owner personally took me to work for free so I didn’t have to use a ride service - I got the car back one day later and the final price was reasonable and in line with their estimation. They communicated with me multiple times in those two days to let me know what was wrong with my car and didn’t do anything until I approved it beforehand- much appreciated. Thanks!

My family has used Shepherd Automotive since they opened. They are good, honest mechanics that aim to please. I have referred them to many and I always get a big "thank you". Finding a shop that has the experience and knows what their doing and is also fair and honest is unfortunately rare.

I love having somewhere to take our cars that I can trust and know they will have competitive pricing, great customer service and I feel safe once the repairs are complete. Unlike other places I have taken our cars I don't dread going here. They are great and I would recommend them to anyone.

Guy Shepherd and his staff are first rate folks! I have had them handle a number of issues/vehicles for me over the years, and I have always found them to be prompt, honest and communicative.
