I used Shepherds Automotive for the first time yesterday and was extremely pleased with the outcome. My vehicle was repaired the same day. I usually go to the dealer so that I can have shuttle service or a loaner car, but Shepherds provided me shuttle home with no questions asked. I got my vehicle back yesterday after they replaced the fuel pump. I am super happy with the service! They are friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me a very clearly written estimate. They told me up front what the cost would be down to the penny and that's how much it cost. The work was done in a timely manner. They have a clean shop and greet you with a smile! I will begin using them for all of my auto maintenance and repairs!

Great service! They made sure I understood what happened without leaving any details out. Also, I couldn't find a ride when my car was first put in the shop and they drove me home. Not many places I know do that.
