If you have a difficult diagnosis, these are the guys to go to. The initial $500 for diagnostics made me nervous. However, they applied the unused balance to fix what the diagnostics revealed. My 2005 Toyota Sequoia with over 300,000 miles would intermittently stall randomly. Shepherd’s was the 3rd shop that worked on it. The dealership charged me about $500 for a new battery and terminal and pronounced it fixed. Still would not stay running. The next place reprogrammed the security system for another $400. Engine would still die. Not only did Shepherd fix the problem Mass Air Flow Sensor, but also the oil leaks. Yes, it cost $2,000, but now I have a reliable car again! Ryan was great to work with. He was knowledgeable to answer all my questions and helped me decide what I wanted repaired and I did not want to repair.

This place was great , they gave me an amount to pay for the service, and said they would call if I needed anymore parts, after they looked at it. They fixed my AC with no additional cost , They could have told me anything but they were honest and I appreciate that very much , thanks guys I’ll be using you again for sure.

Friendly, honest, will give you a detailed report on the condition of your car, better than a check sheet. They kept my broken down 246K mile van in their garage for 3 weeks because they were nice and had room. It took me about a month to find a new used car for the "rest of my life" I am 67. The one I had cost $9000 in 2009, the one my daughter bought cost 14,000. I WAS 56, now I'm 67. Life doesn't get cheaper as you age, boys. but these guys were understanding and it made me feel protected. They were reasonable about all the difficulties I had.
