I had a flat tire and they made a special trip to pick up the correct tire for me. The next day, as I was driving back on my way to pick up the new tire, I got my second flat in two days and asked to be towed to Shepherd’s again. For the second time that day, they made the special trip to get my specific tire. They were also so friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely go back if I have other issues in the future! Thanks, Shepherd Automotive! – Tabitha Greenwood

I had smashed into a neighbors car one early morning, caused no damage to their car (yes, I left a note) and totaled my left rear tail-light. I’d heard all sorts of horror stories about many automotive businesses in town and being new to the area, and new to my job – I passed their shop on the way home and decided to pull in and ask if they could replace the tail light. Not only did they replace it within one morning, it matched perfectly, couldn’t tell anything had ever been damaged, and they only charged me for the part itself. I’d recommend them to everyone – I don’t know what happened for that guy with the A/C problem but I’ve not had a bad experience with these guys, and they’ve all been polite and helpful.

Car wouldn’t start at a gas station nearby on our way back from Houston to KC. Weren’t able to get the car towed to Shepherd until 5:10 and they closed at 5:30 but still got us out the same night and were super friendly and helpful. Great place, thanks Guy!!

WOW!! These guys are great!! I have taken all of my autos here since they first opened. The owner: Guy, is top notch. He has become a great friend. It’s hard to find someone in this industry that will shoot trait with you, even if he won’t make money on his advice. Take your repair needs to this company, you won’t be sorry.
